Dear Friends of Tavares Family Car Club,

               We are pleased to announce that the Tavares Family Car Club will be hosting a Mega Show in the Salinas Valley and will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at the Salinas Municipal Airport.  The last three shows held in 2019, 2022, and 2023 have been a growing success each year and we expect the 2024 Mega Show to continue to supersede expectations for attendance.  Since this event can offer great exposure for your business, I wanted to give you an opportunity for your business / organization to be a part of this great event.

               The Tavares Family Car Club Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was started in 2019.  The foundation was formed to aid with our charity work and fundraising efforts by The Tavares Family Car Club social club members.  This year’s Tavares Family Car Club Mega Show proceeds will benefit many of our local businesses and organizations such as Salinas Police Activities League (PAL), Heroes of Monterey County, Elks Lodge, Santa Lucia Rotary Club, Dorothy’s Kitchen, Boys & Girls Club, Hebron Heights Recreation Center, Door To Hope, Sherwood Elementary School, Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE), the Veteran’s Club, Fallen Heroes of America and many more.  Your monetary donation will help this year’s Mega Show be an unforgettable event.  Your sponsorship will help us with location site, radio advertisement, marketing materials, trophies, entertainment, and more.

               The success of our organization and our outreach is dependent entirely upon the financial and product support of local business and private sponsors.  We would like to ask that you consider becoming one of our 2024 Tavares Family Car Club Mega Show Sponsors.  We attract the finest Lowriders, Hot Rods, Customs, DUB cars, Trucks, Imports, Bikes, Motorcycles and Semi Trucks.  We are anticipating over 3,000 attendees and over 700 vehicles on display.
